An African crocodile sits in the Mara River mud in Kenya, waiting for an opportunity to find prey in the water. Although they are daily quick on land, their killing mode is to catch an unsuspecting animal in or near the water so they can drag it under, causing it to drown.
The river is a line of plenty during the migration. This croc may have a full stomach so it's just relaxing following gorging.
