Child in the Samburu Village
A child walks between the huts in the Samburu village in northern Kenya. The "manyatta" is ringed with thorned acacia bush to keep the people safe from wild animals. Within the village is an inner ring--the inner krall--where animals are herded for protection at the end of the day.
