The Easter Lily Cactus in La Campana National Park, near Santiago, Chili

Our first stop out of Santiago was at La Campana National Park. Charles Darwin visited the park during his 1834 voyage of HMS Beagle. The hedgehog or Easter lily cactus, is tree-like with branching "arms" We also saw the giant hummingbirds, but they were too fast for a photo.
